NOTICE: Should the conference not take place on the scheduled date, the sponsorship funds will be applied to the new event date. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, although can be applied to a future event. To participate in the conference, the sponsorship fees must be paid in advance.
* Exhibitor Tabletop Display Details: Each booth includes the following: 6′ tables, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, 1 identification sign
**Full page ad specification: the brochure is 8.5”x11” (portrait). To prevent white space edges around the ad, it should have a bleed space of .25”, so it should be 8.75”x11.25”. When it goes to print, .25 will be cut on all sides. Otherwise, there will be a white frame around the ad.
***Half page ad specification is 5.5”X11”, so it should be 5.75”x11.25” to prevent white space edges around the ad.
