Current Crowne Plaza Suites Policy:

SMC has lifted restrictions.  A condition of employment here is that  everyone is vaccinated and must have a card on file.   You may , as our guest, require that all your attends provide proof of vaccination or take temperatures but that is entirely on you and would be manned by you. 

BSMA COVID POLICY

ATTENDEE POLICY HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

At this time (December 2022), Crowne Plaza Suites Hotel in Burlingame has no restrictions.

BSMA Summit Admission – until further notice, we will follow the hotel’s policy.

Disclosure: BSMA shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and may be subject to change at any time as determined by federal, state, or local government agencies or the promoter. Such requirements may include, without limitation; changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any ticket holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders, promoter’s; conditions, rules or policies, the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.

COVID-19 WARNING

• COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
• There are multiple ways in which you are able to keep yourself and others safe and healthy without generating a lot of single-use waste due to the pandemic. Reusable/washable masks, refillable sanitation bottles, reusable/washable face shields, and washable cloths with biodegradable cleaners are all ways to cut down on your waste generation. Please keep this in mind when coming to the BSMA Summit to protect the planet while protecting yourself and those around you.
