SALUTE TO WOMEN IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT WHO KNOW THAT LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!
The leadership of women in BSMA has been a distinguishing asset from its inception when Dotti Yells was one of us, the three founders of BSMA in 2007. Over the years, the intrinsic characteristics of women of brilliant minds, intuition, patience, empathy, teamwork and listening, continue to build and strengthen the links of the supply chain of the global Life Sciences industry. Women represent 30% of the Advisory Board of BSMA and its Administration. Today, because of their dedication, our community has greater Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which have proved to be mutually reinforcing principles fostering innovation. These leaders have driven the growth of BSMA in USA, Europe, India and Latin America in wide-ranging capacities of CEOs, CTOs, Academicians, Supply Chain Executives, Sales and Business Development, Researchers and Entrepreneurs.
